One of my favorite cocktails. It's like a sour, but dialed back a notch so that the base spirit shines through.
Yield: 1 serving
Ingredients
- 4 cl Brandy (Calvados, Whisky, etc.)
- 1.5 tsp triple sec
- 1 tsp sugar syrup (2-1)
- 2 tsp lemon juice
Instructions
Shake with ice. Serve in champagne glass.
