Chili (Vegetarian #2)

Another chili recipe, with diced tomatoes so it's chunkier

Ingredients

  • 2 28 oz cans diced tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 cans of kidney beans (I use white and red)
  • 1 package veggie ground round
  • 6 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions

Rinse beans. Cook onion, pepper, garlic gently until soft. Add tomatoes, beans, vege ground round, and 3 tablespoons chili powder. Cook 30 minutes, add rest of chili powder.
