Chili (Vegetarian #1)

Ingredients

  • 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cans of kidney beans (I use white and red)
  • half package veggie ground round
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 cup water
  • salt to taste

Instructions

Rinse beans. Cook onion, pepper, garlic gently in pil until soft. Add tomatoes, beans, vege ground round, water and 2 tablespoons chili powder. Cook 30 minutes, add rest of chili powder. Add salt to taste.
