Ingredients
- 1 28 oz can crushed tomatoes
- 1 green pepper, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cans of kidney beans (I use white and red)
- half package veggie ground round
- 3 tablespoons chili powder
- 1 cup water
- salt to taste
Instructions
Rinse beans. Cook onion, pepper, garlic gently in pil until soft. Add tomatoes, beans, vege ground round, water and 2 tablespoons chili powder. Cook 30 minutes, add rest of chili powder. Add salt to taste.
